About the Licenses

• Personal Use License

Electronic Personal Use licenses are for individual consumers for their personal use, which may include, but is not limited to, using the image for at-home printing, screensaver slideshows, wedding announcements, online personal profiles, etc. A Personal Use license prohibits the buyer from using the image for anything but strictly personal or limited educational use (e.g. school projects or single-classroom education). Personal use do not grant the right to reproduce it in any form.

• Royalty-Free License

Royalty-Free is a buy once, use in perpetuity license. Licensee has the non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to reproduce the image. Royalty-Free License does not guarantee that you are the exclusive user of the image. If you are interested in owning exclusive rights of an image, contact me. If the image has never been sold with a Royalty-Free License I will make the image available under a Rights-Managed License.

• Rights-Managed License

Rights-Managed is a license that is determined by usage. The license is only valid for that specific usage. At the moment, only images with people and no model release are available under the Right-Managed License. Images with no model release are to be used for editorial usage only.
